and vegetables by guiding us on a visit to Le Potager du Roi, with its
historic design and its modern mission.

culture with a lecture on fruits and

orchard in Paris. Picnic in the

Start our transition back to Landscape
design with a visit to the picturesque Buttes Chaumont, guided by historian

day in the country; we go by bus to Villandry. § Kitchen
and garden visit and an unforgettable dinner with Jean and Sophie Bardet,
the owners of Château Belmont in Tours Saturday §
Visit two gardens in Paris: we contrast an old rose garden known
around the world and a utilitarian garden created with a modern theme. Dinner at the Sofitel Sunday §
Visit the market in Versailles and prepare a
picnic together §
